Grand Draw raises £80,643

Mary Quinn presents Fr. Gerry with the Cheque for £77,350The draw for the new car was made at a Country Hoe-Down, held in the Greenvale Hotel, Cookstown, on Saturday 2nd October. A great night was had by all, enjoying music from The Paul Cummings Band.

Fr. Gerry Tremer made the draw, suitably attired in his Marshal’s outfit! The winning tickets were…

First Prize winner of the new car was Mr. John Ryan of Cookstown (ticket-seller Bernie Montgomery)

Second Prize winner of £500 was Fr. Oliver Breslin of Coagh

Third Prize winner of £200 was Mr. Brian Murray of Cookstown

Fourth Prize winner of £100 was Anne Robinson of Dungiven

Seller of the most tickets was Mr. Paddy O’ Neil of Cookstown, who raised over £6,700. Well done Paddy!

Congratulations to all the winners and a hugh thank you to all who bought a ticket. Without your generosity the draw would never have been so successful.

The Parish would also like to thank the ticket-sellers and to all who helped in any way…thank you!
